How do I play Live Bingo?

It’s easy, and really fun!

Why can’t I hear the Live Bingo Presenters?

Next, check the Sound Settings within the Live Bingo game:

• On a phone or tablet tap Settings at the bottom of the screen, next to the Chat and Mini Game icons. Turn the Sound icon ON.
• On a computer open the Bingo Lobby, click ‘menu’ in the top left, and adjust the volume slider.

And if none of that works, “turn it off and on again!” Exit the Live Bingo game and re-enter.

Why can’t I hear the bingo numbers being called?

All regular game sounds and mini games are muted while Live Bingo’s on so we can hear the Presenters better.

Why can’t I see any live video?

AQ999.COM বাংলাদেশ গেমিং First, check that Live Bingo is scheduled for the game you’re playing. This is shown by a Live Bingo icon in the Game Info, where you see Prize Money and other info.

If the Live Bingo icon is there, but you can’t see any video, leave the game then re-enter. You should see a video window with a Play button. Tap it to see the live streaming bingo video.

If you accidentally closed the video window and want to open it again, just turn it on again:

• On a computer tap the Live Bingo icon above the Chat.

There may also be some circumstances in which there is no live video feed due to technical issues at our studio or unexpected absences of hosts due to illness. During such circumstances, our Live Bingo promotions will still go ahead, just without a video feed. Our regular chat stars will run the same games and features via the chat window, and all prizes will still be honoured as during regular Live Bingo.

They include important information about the basis upon which we make this promotion available to you. You will need to agree to these Rules when participating in any Live Bingo event. Please note in particular, the specific restrictions and requirements and any exclusions. 4. During selected Live Bingo schedules there will be a variety of bingo games played with enhanced in-game features. Details of each in-game feature being played will be communicated by the Live Presenter on the Live Bingo video feed which appears within the game. 

5. The prizes awarded on each enhanced in-game feature may vary, so please refer to the information provided by the Live Presenter and/or Chat Star during the individual bingo games for exact prize amounts on offer.

Enhanced In Game Feature Rules

• 80s Night – During the game if the Full House is won on any number between 80-89 then an additional prize is awarded to the Full House winner. If there is more than one Full House prize winner, the additional prize will be split equally between all winners.
• Any 1’s Game – During the game if any player wins either One Line, Two Lines or Full House on any number containing a 1 (e.g. 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71 or 81) then an additional prize will be awarded. If there is more than one prize winner on either One Line, Two Lines or Full House, the additional prize will be split equally between all winners.
• Back to the Bingo – During each game, if the number 88 is called then £8 will be awarded to the winners of the 1 Line, 2 Line and Full House prizes. If there is more than one prize winner, the additional prize money will be split between all winners.
• Bonus Board –AQ999.COM বাংলাদেশ গেমিং Played across multiple games, the bonus board is a community ticket which will appear on the screen alongside the presenter. It will contain 15 numbers in the classic One Line, Two Lines and Full House format. If Full House is won on any of the numbers shown on the Bonus Board (that have yet to be claimed) then an additional £5 will be awarded to the Full House winner. If that number completes One Line across the Bonus Board ticket, then £10 is awarded instead. If that number completes Two Lines the prize changes to £25. If that number completes a Full House on the Bonus Board ticket then £50 is awarded.
• Double Bubble – During the game if the Full House is won on a double number (e.g. 11, 22, 33, 44, 55, 66, 77 or 88) then the Full House prize will be doubled. If there is more than one Full House prize winner, the added prize will be split equally between all winners.
• Double Bubble Gold – During the game if any 1 Line, 2 Line or Full House is won on a double number (e.g.11,22,33,44,55,66,77 or 88) then the prize will be doubled. If the prize is shared between 2 or more players, the added prize will be split equally between all winners.
• Hide & Seek Bingo – Before the game begins, two numbers are generated randomly. One is ‘Hide’ and the other is ‘Seek’. If the Seek number is called before the Hide number, an additional prize is awarded to the Full House winner. If the Hide number is called before the Seek number, no prize is awarded. If there is more than one Full House prize winner, the added prize will be split equally between all winners.
• Higher & Lower – A wheel will be spun at the start of any given game to decide between Higher & Lower. Lower represents numbers 1 to 45 and Higher represents numbers 46-90. If the Full House is won on a number within the decided ball range, then an additional prize will be added to the Full House prize. If there is more than one Full House prize winner, the added prize will be split equally between all winners.
• I Love Double Money – The presenter will reveal 9 random numbers displayed on screen inside heart symbols. If you claim 1L, 2L or Full House on one of these lucky numbers, we will double your prize money. If there is more than one 1L, 2L or Full House prize winner, the additional prize will be split equally between all winners.
• Lucky Numbers – A lucky number will be randomly generated by the Live Bingo presenter at the start of any given game. If the Full House is then claimed on that lucky number, an additional prize amount will be added to the Full House prize of that game and paid to the Full House winner. If there is more than one Full House prize winner, the added prize will be split equally between all winners.
• Multiplier Wheel – At the start of any given game, an added prize amount will be randomly generated by the spin of two wheels. The first wheel will select a cash value and the second wheel will select a multiplier amount (either x1, x2, x3, x4 or x6).This prize amount generated after adding the multiplier will be paid to the Full House winner. If there is more than one Full House prize winner, the added prize will be split equally between all winners.
• Odds & Evens – A wheel will be spun at the start of any given game to decide between Odds & Evens. Odds represents all odd numbers and Evens represents all even numbers. If the Full House is won on a number decided by the wheel, then an additional prize will be added to the Full House prize. If there is more than one Full House prize winner, the added prize will be split equally between all winners.
• Prize Wheel – An added prize amount will be randomly generated by the spin of a wheel at the start of any given game. This prize amount will be added to the Full House prize of that game and paid to the Full House winner. If there is more than one Full House prize winner, the added prize will be split equally between all winners.
• Rush Hour Jackpot – Claim Full House on number 90 to win the progressive jackpot. Jackpot increases each game based on the final ball call. E.g. last number called is 85, the jackpot increases by £85. Last call is 1, jackpot increases by £1. Jackpot capped at £1,000.
• Six Appeal – During the game if the 1L, 2L or Full House is won on any number that contains a 6 (e.g. 6, 16, 26, 36, 46, 56, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 76 or 86), then an additional £6 prize is awarded to the 1L, 2L and Full House winners. If there is more than one 1L, 2L or Full House prize winners, the additional prize will be split equally between all winners.
• Stop The Clock – A random number between 1-90 will be selected at the start of the game. A clock will be displayed on screen with prize values in various segments. When the game begins, the clock hand will spin until the random number appears. The presenter will then stop the clock and whatever prize value the clock hand is pointing at will be awarded to the next bingo winner. If there is more than one next winner, the additional prize will be split equally between all winners.
• The Magic Number – A random number between 1-9 will be generated at the start of the game. During the game if the Full House is won on any number that contains the selected ‘Magic Number’ then an additional prize is awarded to the Full House winner. e.g. If the magic number is 3, then any of the following numbers can trigger the prize (3,13,23,30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,43,53,63,73 or 83). If there is more than one Full House prize winner, the additional prize will be split equally between all winners.
• Upside Down Bingo – In any given game the One Line and Full House prizes are swapped, meaning the larger prize will be awarded to the One Line winner. In addition, if any of the One Line, 2 Lines or Full House is claimed on the number 11, then all prizes for that game will be doubled.
• Wheel of Fourtune – If the number 4 comes out during the game, an added prize amount will be randomly generated by the spin of a wheel. This prize amount will be added to the Full House prize of that game and paid to the Full House winner. If there is more than one Full House prize winner, the added prize will be split equally between all winners.

All of the additional prizes awarded in these enhanced in-game features will paid in cash funds and will be credited to each winning player’s account within 2 hours, with the exception of Money Back Bingo which may take up to 2 working days. 

How do you take part in the Promotion and what are the eligibility criteria?

7. In order to take part in this Promotion, during the Promotion Period you must:

• be aged 18+
• be located in the UK. The Promotion is not available to any customer located outside of the UK
• have a GBP (£) currency Account
• be an online customer who successfully registered at buzzbingo.com or buzzcasino.com on or after 27/09/18
• Entered the Live Bingo Room and purchased at least one bingo ticket on any bingo game which has the Live Bingo feature activated

8. Players who are not watching the video feed or who have their audio switched off (either by choice or by technical fault) may not be aware that an enhanced in-game feature is in play, but may still win the enhanced feature if they have purchased tickets for that game.

9. You are not permitted to participate in the Promotion if you have previously been excluded by Buzz Bingo Digital Limited or Buzz Group Limited from participating in promotions or any gaming on its websites. We will notify you if you have been excluded.

General Promotion Terms

10. Whilst the rest of these Promotion Terms state that you can withdraw any funds in your Account at any time, we may be required to withhold such funds to comply with any legal or regulatory obligations.

11. Buzz Bingo Digital Limited reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these Promotion Terms:

a) without notice if the change or cancellation is needed to satisfy or meet a legal or regulatory requirement; or

b) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change (we shall only do this where the circumstances are sufficiently serious, for example, where there is a fault with the software or systems we use to provide the Website and/or the Promotion or in the event of manifest error in the Promotion and/or the Promotion Terms).

c) in rare circumstances where we do not have any Live presenters available. We have a small team of presenters and on occasion there may be circumstances where due to illness or other unforeseen events, we do not have the presenters available to host all 10 hours per day. In these circumstances, we will always default to continuing with the promotion, but to have all features controlled via our regular chat stars within the bingo chat window. 

Where we are required to make changes in these circumstances, we may be able to offer an equivalent prize, bonus or free bet and we will contact you to provide you with details so that you can consider the options available to you.
